The generations we have inherited have kept their way of life as their greatest treasure for centuries. We believe that their heritage can be best known through gastronomy.

Since ancient times, in this area the rare Oyster Ostrea edulis from Ston and local olive oil of the olive type Zuzorka has been grown and consumed. This olive oil was once carried as a gift to European courts.

Enjoy magnificent views in a designer setting on the beautiful hotel terrace surrounded by lawns and Mediterranean trees, where a rich breakfast buffet with seasonal ingredients is served daily from 7 am. In the evening we offer local Dubrovnik dishes. 

The village of Dubrovnik ideally passes on the dining culture. Local potential is realized through harmonious links of often forgotten dishes that we offer and indigenous wines that are world known.
Our interpretation of the gastronomic scene of the Republic of Dubrovnik is based on fresh ingredients from the surrounding villages.
